Using a unique combination of Orton-Gillingham instruction and Structured Word Inquiry, Sacha has created a curriculum that invites children to explore the patterns and structure behind words.
Rather than feeling lost in a sea of disconnected rules and “spelling exceptions,” children begin to see how words fit together like puzzle pieces. This makes reading and spelling feel more logical and meaningful. We focus on harnessing the skills of spatial awareness and pattern recognition by recognizing word parts (the morphology of the language). Parents notice that their children’s confidence grows because this approach aligns with the way their brains naturally process information.
